Stage 1. Learn the important theory and exercises of the first 5-minute complex (7 days)
  1. Discussing errors and nuances of face fitness (6 minutes).
  2. Getting rid of forehead wrinkles, drooping eyebrows, tired eyes, and eyebrow asymmetry (9 minutes).
  3. Unique "Helmet" technique with the effect of "circular face lifting" (10 minutes).
  4. Restoring correct proportions, eliminating asymmetry, reducing the visual decrease (sinking) of the eyes, relieving tension and stress, improving lymphatic flow (30 minutes).
  5. Combine all exercises into the first daily complex, training together (8 minutes).
  6. Complete the homework, correct technique with experts, and receive personalized feedback.
Stage 2. Learn exercises and combine all techniques into the second 10-minute complex (4 days).
