I looked in a few face exercise courses but stopped on this one. I liked that Ana B's exercises are straight to the point and and her classes are affordable. She herself is a living example that the exercises she teaches work. I wasn't disappointed, I like her course and I'm determined to continue to practice.

Girls, I saw the results in 1 week! Did the practice twice a day and what happened? Now my face swells less in the mornings! Yay! Also I feel my face and muscules somehow and its kinda comes on its place. Can't really describe it with words, but I adore the transformation and its only been 3 weeks of practicing! Will keep going!

I love this course! I am so tired of doing several different types of face yoga(s) which included one specific one and then grabbing whatever else I saw on the internet in an effort to achieve the results I wanted. All of them combined only showed some improvement (and that’s with a daily effort) but doing “take class” feels better to me AND I already see result on my face happening that I’ve been wanting (and I am only on course 6) More proof was when I saw how people looked at me again! It was just like old times and I also had my glow back. That hasn’t happened in years! I really do love this course so far. My only suggestion would be is to be able to ask more questions along the way instead of being restricted to a certain amount. I have a question right now and that is; do I need to keep doing other face yoga exercises or will these face exercises be enough to achieve and keep the look I want? And or did I achieve good results so quickly because of doing other face yoga exercises? Also, are we allowed to keep the video courses?

in front of the cource my right eyebrow was lower than my left eyebrow. Now they are both equal again, I am very happy with that. Other than that I don't see any results

I am currently enrolled in the course and I must say I am highly satisfied. The instructions are clear and concise, and the exercises are not difficult. I haven't seen results yet, but I haven't even completed half of the course so it’s clear. I genuinely enjoy the practice and I'm confident that the results will start to show a bit later. The course is very well-structured. Each exercise is explained in great detail and demonstrated effectively. It's virtually impossible to make mistakes, but in case you do, the team quickly corrects you based on your video. They will let you know what you're doing wrong

I want to share my review of the Super Face course developed by A. Burdyug. The pros are the affordable price, clear explanations for all exercises, and the availability of feedback. The facial exercises don't take up much time, and most importantly, they deliver visible results! After completing the course, my face contour became more defined and my skin tightened (even though I occasionally skipped a session due to laziness or tiredness). I am 44 years old. I discovered this face fitness technique by chance and immediately decided to purchase the course. I have been practicing for 10 days now. In the first two days, I noticed some involuntary muscle tremors on my face due to the workout. But now, it doesn't happen anymore. So far, I can only see changes in my complexion. The video lessons are clear and enjoyable to watch. Everything is easily understood and explained. And if you suddenly can't do an exercise, the help doesn't keep you waiting. Even after two weeks of work, I feel that my facial muscles are toned, my lips, which are already very full, have become even more plump. It's good to know that it's possible to maintain a youthful face without surgery or chemical cosmetology.
